The short version: you keep control of your code and merge every change yourself, you pay for the plan you pick through Stripe, you use the service lawfully, and we run it carefully but without miracle guarantees. The details follow.
These terms govern your use of Zoruko at zoruko.dev. By creating an account or connecting a repository you accept them. If you use Zoruko on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Zoruko is an AI agent that audits your codebase for ad signal issues, proposes fixes as pull requests, and provides a panel to track your signals. You decide what merges. Zoruko never changes your code without a pull request you approve, and never pushes to your main branch.
You sign in with Google or GitHub. Repository access runs through a GitHub App installation scoped to the single repository you choose, and you can revoke it at any time from GitHub. You confirm you have the right to grant access to that repository, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
Your code stays yours, including every change from a Zoruko pull request once you merge it. You grant us a limited license to read and analyze the selected repository solely to provide the service. The Zoruko service, brand, and audit methodology remain ours. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation.
Findings and fixes are produced with AI assistance and shipped as pull requests so a human reviews them before they touch production. We work hard on accuracy but do not guarantee that any fix is error free, or that ad platforms will attribute, approve, or perform in any particular way.
GitHub, Google, Stripe, and the ad platforms have their own terms for their parts of the flow. We are not responsible for their services, and outages on their side may affect Zoruko.
During early access the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Service levels are best-effort and features may change as the product matures.
You review and approve every change before it ships, so you keep final control over your codebase. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoruko's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can disconnect GitHub and stop using Zoruko at any time; repository access is revoked immediately. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections on liability, intellectual property, and data handling survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes belong to its competent courts. When these terms change we update the date above; material changes are announced in the product or by email before they take effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
